We had the most special stay at Elephant House that we will never forget. The staff made it and we are so grateful for everything they did for us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zuurberg, and cannot recommend the place enough for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay near Addo Elephant Park. The surroundings of the property are gorgeous, nestled in the mountains, and the property itself is also beautiful. Our bedroom looked just like the photos and was very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Customer service was impeccable and we felt welcome and well looked after from arrival. Alexandra was superb and helped us not only with information about our stay but also with extra tips for our ongoing journey. All the staff were lovely and always ready to help. We also did a whole day game drive and an elephant encounter, both experiences organized by the property and both excellent. Zuurberg was fantastic and we look forward to coming back!

Longhill Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub, as well as accommodations with a kitchen in Addo, 30 miles from Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. Sam, the guide was great. The shared facilities are wonderful. Veranda with fireplace used for both nights. Room small but everything new and well appointed. Great value. You see animals you don’t see in Addo so definitely worth the short drive from the main road.

Providing garden views, Lupus Den Country House B&B in Sunland features accommodations and a garden. This 4-star bed and breakfast offers full-day security and room service. We had the best time at Lupus. We were with our ten months old daughter and Priscilla made her best to find all the stuff we needed. She is really nice, helpful (we had two flat tires and she helps us fix it within the hour) and she makes you feel at home. There is a nice garden with a swimming pool and the house is really cosy. 30 mn from Addo Park so really convenaient too. I would recommend to have diner there : Priscilla cooks herself and it’s really good, very fresh from the garden. It was the best food we had since we arrived in the country. We would definetely be back !

Located 29 mi from Addo National Elephant Park, Harmony Luxury Tented Camp offers accommodations with free WiFi and seating area. We stayed at Harmony in the off season and we were actually the only ones there. Apart from the beautiful tent and view from the tent, we could see so many starts and the entire milkiway from our balcony, which was mesmerizing. Apart from all of that Mike is a very nice host and we had some good talks, he made us lovely dinner and breakfast and helped us if needed and provided recommendations and directions.

Located in Addo in the Eastern Cape region, Bietjie Rus features accommodations with free WiFi. There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with a microwave, a fridge, and a stovetop. Did not make use of the breakfast come prepared tought it was self catering ,but there was things that we needed and the host helped us with everything we needed
